Cancellation Policy

For 1 on 1 services, please contact us 48 hours before appointment to cancel and you may reschedule 1 time. However, if you cancel the same day of your appointment you are responsible to pay for full service and you are able to reschedule 1 time. Spa Parties, Private or Cooperate Events we require a cancellation notice 2-4 weeks in advance and you are allowed to reschedule 1 time. A non-refundable deposit is required 2-4 weeks from booking date for all spa parties and half or full payment is required 1 week prior from service date.
